Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (organic and agricultural inputs), returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
* The product is damaged during delivery, or
* An incorrect item was delivered
No returns or refunds will be provided for:
* Opened or used products
* Change of mind after purchase
* Improper storage or handling after delivery
Reporting Time
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within one week, subject to verification.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the error occurred from the sellerβs side.
Delivery and transport charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over for delivery (self-delivery, courier service, Sri Lanka Post, or train transport), Worm Farm (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, transport issues, or third-party service providers.
